The ReachOut program is catered towards providing support for new and expecting families. Upon signing up for our ReachOut program, a Perinatal Support Worker (PNSW) will conduct routine check ins via call or text to ensure the wellbeing of parent(s) & child(ren), offer resources or referrals and monitor for any potential concerns. There is no fee for this program and parents may opt out at any time.
Listed below are our wonderful Perinatal Support Workers (PNSW). Please choose which PNSW you would like to work with. By clicking on "Book ReachOut" you will be able to schedule your first call/text!

We look forward to connecting with you.

I've been married for 27 years, and we are proud parents of four adults (plus one daughter-in-law), and a fur-child.
I have 13 years of experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), and found my true passion in perinatal work, as a Perinatal Support Worker (PNSW).
It's hard being a parent. There isn't a handbook for every child, or moment. But, there is a camaraderie in parents who have already "been there, done that, got the t-shirt".
It is a passion of mine, to be able to lend a listening ear and offer advice, for parents who feel like they're struggling.

I am a PNSW and a medical mom. I have lots of experience supporting families who are expecting or have medically complex children and those in the NICU. I also volunteer at a pregnancy resource center helping those with unplanned pregnancies. As a mom of 2, I understand how hard pregnancy and parenting can be. I have also struggled with mental health issues and know how important support is.
Blues and Beyond is a resource I wish I had when I was pregnant and postpartum, Its an honor to support such an amazing mission.
